Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our two directors have been training recruitment consultants now for a combined 20 years. So we figure they know a thing or two about getting people up and running in recruitment. Training will be a healthy mixture of “on the job” training and structured 1 to 1 courses with the Directors. You will soon be given your own area to develop and trained in such diverse aspects as interviewing, marketing, advertising, client meetings, managing candidate expectations, accounts terminology etc… We will question you and in turn expect you to question us and our methods. Sometimes fresh eyes come up with some cracking new ideas (Hey… only sometimes!!)

Resourcer
No two days are the same at accountancy action. Working alongside a consultant (team of consultants) you will provide administrative support to the consultant to allow them to spend their time ‘selling’. Depending on the ability / desire of the individual this role can lead to either a role as a recruitment consultant or a role within our resourcing / administration department. In short you will need to be resourceful and help the consultants find suitable people for their jobs. You will also assist behind the scenes with various aspects of the business and organising Corporate Events like Golf Days!!
