Nigel started in Accountancy recruitment in 1995 and reached Director level at one of the largest recruitment companies in the world. He is now driving our Qualified / Senior recruitment team and strategy whilst building honest and sustainable relationships with our clients across the area.
Mark has 13 years recruitment experience, with the last 10 years within Senior Accountancy and Finance. He has the ability to establish rapport at Senior/executive level, and can adapt recruitment techniques to fill a wide range of professional roles.
With over 9 years Senior Accountancy recruitment experience Paul is a specialist in recruiting permanent and contract staff across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. He is particularly inquisitive about his clients needs and seeks to understand their businesses, enabling him to find the right person the first time.
David has worked within the Milton Keynes market for 5 years specialising in finance recruitment. He has worked for Accountancy Action for 3 years and oversees our MK Office. He also has responsibility for several National Key Accounts. He prides himself on his extensive market knowledge and going the extra mile to build relationships with line managers.
Paul's reputation in the market is of someone who likes to build long term and mutually beneficial business relationships with his clients and candidates and this, above all else, is what drew us to him.
James has over 9 years recruitment experience and has gone on to manage the Head office in Hertfordshire prior to opening our 4th office in Central London. In the last 2 years, the London office has gone from strength to strength, moving to ever larger offices and having grown to over 15 staff thanks to James’s management.
Having spent her entire recruitment career focusing solely on recruiting into local and national Accountancy Practice firms, throughout Cambridgeshire and parts of Suffolk and Lincolnshire; Rowan is able to bring a real specialist knowledge of this sector and area. Her reputation is growing daily and is a testament to both her professionalism and ability.
Marios specialises in permanent recruitment and has worked in Accountancy and Financial recruitment since 2006. He has specialised in Accountancy support, part Qualified Accountants and the Qualified market. He now focuses on attracting the highest calibre candidates for clients in Central London and works to ensure they receive a value-added service.
We have been established in the local area for ten years and most of us have worked in the recruitment, resourcing and staffing industry for substantially longer than this.

A Preferred Supplier List is generally in place to ensure that costs and service levels are controlled for the best interests of the business.
Within some businesses there will often be a preferred supplier list in place and due to the number of recruitment related calls received the initial point of contact will understandably see it as their role to "fend off" suppliers who are not on these lists. This is often done without asking the question of whether there could be a genuine benefit and cost saving to the business in listening to the message and vetting the consultancy.
We’re not looking to replace existing relationships however, all we ask is that you question whether your current suppliers provide more than we are offering and if we could be considered alongside any current PSL.
Given our success in the local market over the last 10 years we believe that we could save you thousands of pounds whilst ensuring higher service levels and attracting those hard to find candidates.
