Our client, a cutting edge infrastructure company based in the West End, is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. They are looking to recruit someone on a full-time, remote basis.

For the right person the client is willing to consider flexible hours or someone part-time.

The client is looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience in an all-round accounts role who is looking for a stable role.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Process purchase invoices
  • Reconcile supplier accounts
  • Raise sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Payroll admin
  • Providing reporting and admin for Management Accountants

What is our client looking for?

  • 3+ years’ experience in an accounts assistant role
  • A positive, forward thinker
  • Project/Construction experience
  • Xero software experience preferable but not essential
  • Loyalty to the client and someone looking to stay with the business for a long time
