Accounts Assistant with Study Support Permanent
I’m pleased to have partnered with a business who are recruiting an additional Accounts Assistant to join their team.
If you are looking for your first step into Finance or you have gained some office experience, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to gain on the job training in Finance.
Working in a busy environment you will be enthusiastic to learn with an adaptable approach. You will also have good working knowledge of Excel.
Key duties will include:
- Matching PO’s to invoices
- Coding and inputting purchase invoices
- Resolving supplier queries
- Producing creditor reports
- Raising sales invoices
- Reconciling customer accounts
