Accounts Payable Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing high-volume supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts and bank statements
• Supporting month-end close and general ledger posting
• Handling supplier queries and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with internal teams for smooth invoice approvals

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years in accounts payable or similar finance role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
• AAT qualification or studying towards it is advantageous
