A rare opportunity has arisen to join an established business. Your main objective is to ensure the timely and accurate raising of sales invoices coupled with all associated administration. You will be a confident self-starter who is used to working in a sole charge role and managing your workload to meet deadlines.
Key duties:
- Generating monthly sales invoices
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Producing sales reports
- Liaising with internal department to resolve customer queries
- Assisting with month end close
- Ad-hoc support to accounts payable and the finance team
