Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of auditors to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee multiple audit assignments ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Provide team training and development to enhance performance.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy through business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Continually improve audit processes and methodologies.
• Participate in internal and external meetings as the audit representative.
