Finance Director

Salary: £100K

Location: London (Hybrid)

 

Do you have experience working in publishing?

 

Our client is a large publishing group based in Central London. They are looking for an established Finance Director to come in and join the team on an initial 6 month contract basis. The role can go permanent for the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities:

1.             Oversee the Finance Department
2.             Review, overhaul and streamline systems and internal procedures, enabling accurate and fully reconciled management accounts to be produced within ten working days of month end.
3.             Finalise the structure and personnel of the Finance team.
4.             Lead on the financial integration of any merger/take-over of another company.

 

Qualifications:

 

* Previous experience working as an FD managing a team

* Fully qualified accountant

* Experience working in Publishing

* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
