In this role, you will be surrounded by and mentored by ACA-trained people who have moved through the ranks to FC and CFO level. The work will mix traditional accounting with intriguing project work, and will add to the quality of somebody’s CV immensely.
The business is PE-backed, and there will plenty of growth opportunities as the business develops.
The duties will include:
- Running the day to day finance function and overseeing a small transactional function.
- Working with the Financial Controller to implement new technology, processes and policies to make the Accounting function more efficient.
- Working with the FC and CFO to develop your career to the next level
Salary & Benefits:
- £60k-£70k
- 20% annual bonus based on company and personal performance
