Management Accountant

Salary – £250 per day

Location – London West End

Are you currently on the lookout for a Management Accountant role working two fully Chartered Accountants who are happy to help you and genuinely want to see you progress. Or perhaps you have always wanted to work for an exciting and growing retail company based in the hustle and bustle of London. If so, then this could be the role for you.

I am currently working with a large retail company located near central London to help them recruit a Management Accountant for a 4 month interim role.

Duties:

• Accruals and prepayments
• Invoicing factory production and posting journals for internal stock transfers
• Variance analysis of production costs vs transfer prices; analysis of production volumes
• Variance analysis of overheads
• Account for stock transfers.

What you will need:

• Good IT skills including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel – pivot tables and VLOOKUP and similar functions.  Experience of Microsoft Navision preferable but not essential.
• Happy to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Retail experience is preferable
• Experienced Accountant preferably with knowledge of stock transactions and production.
