A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join an established business who continue to grow. This is a permanent, part-time role where you will be solely responsible for ensuring that DSO is kept to a minimum.
It is essential that you have an organised and pro-active approach to ensure an efficient Accounts Receivable function. You will equally demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and all areas of the business.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers by telephone and email to ensure the prompt payment of invoices
- Resolving customer queries
- Releasing orders on hold
- Processing bank entries
- Sending out statements and copy invoices
- Producing credit control reports and ad-hoc reporting.
- Supporting the Finance team
You will have the following skills:
- Experienced credit controller
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Self-sufficient with good working knowledge of Excel / accounting systems
- Enthusiastic and keen to add value to the Finance department
