Due to their continued growth my client is looking to recruit a new addition to their team. This is an all-encompassing role where you will take sole responsibility for all aspects of purchase ledger in a high volume environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the business where you can take ownership of the purchase ledger function and add value.
Keu duties:
- Coding and processing of purchase invoices
- Matching PO’s to invoices
- Resolving supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring that invoices are authorised for payment
- Processing supplier payment runs
The successful individual will demonstrate excellent purchase ledger skills to allow a smooth transition into the role. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with suppliers and all areas of the business.
