Are you an experienced Service Charge Accountant looking for your next opportunity? We’re recruiting for a reputable residential property company based in SW6. This is an exciting 4-month contract role with the potential to become permanent.

Role Overview: You will work alongside another accountant, supporting the team during a migration to Qube software. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a well-established company while gaining valuable experience with Qube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage service charge accounts
• Support the team in the transition to Qube
• Work collaboratively to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service charge accounting, ideally within residential property
• Familiarity with Qube is a plus, though not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
