Job Title: Tax Manager

Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 per annum

Remote working

Accountancy Action is working with an established client based in the City in order to find them an impressive Tax Manager. You will get the flexibility to work a 4 day working week as well as only being required in the office 1 day a month, the rest of the time remote working.

You will get to work with 4 talented tax professionals while taking on full ownership of the UK entity. There will be an opportunity to grow with the business and take advantage of future growth within the business. It is a very exciting time to join this company!

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assess global transactions regarding current tax frameworks, requirements and international corporate structures

• Preparation and filing of UK tax returns.

• Preparation of estimated quarterly and extension calculations.

• Management of tax audits.

• Take part in the preparation of financial statements (IFRS) for current/deferred taxes.

What the client is looking for:

• Trained in Practice, ideally a Big 4

• In-house experience within industry • Extensive knowledge of UK Tax Understanding and practical experience of transfer pricing

• Previous experience of using D365 beneficial but not essential
