This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll manage client accounts, coordinate creative projects, and help deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through to completion.
What you’ll do:
• Support account teams in managing and growing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Coordinate multiple projects, from creative briefs to delivery timelines, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and on budget.
• Cost projects, manage scope, and oversee internal systems to keep all work organised and on track.
• Liaise with external suppliers, including video production, 3D animation, and other creative partners, to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Proof-check content, manage localisation and translation processes, and handle administrative tasks to support smooth project delivery.
• Contribute to client pitches, presentations, and strategy discussions, helping to drive creative ideas forward.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across creative, digital, and account teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality output for all clients.
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices, providing insights to inform client campaigns and strategies.

• Experience in marketing, communications, or agency environments desirable but not essential.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office; customer service or client-facing experience a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and support colleagues effectively.
• Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
