The Role

Our client is looking for a Social & Digital Designer who is strategically minded, culturally aware, and creatively autonomous. In this role, you’ll create visually engaging, platform-native content that helps brands stand out across digital platforms for both B2B and B2C audiences.

You’ll use your understanding of digital storytelling, platform behavior, and visual culture to produce creative work that drives engagement, conversation, and conversion. Working across static, motion, and interactive formats, you’ll develop social and digital-first ideas for both always-on content and larger campaign moments.

This role requires someone who can translate trends and cultural movements into compelling content that feels native to each platform. You’ll confidently generate ideas, art direct your own work, and occasionally capture mobile-first content when needed. You’ll also stay up to date with emerging technologies, including AI tools, using them to support concept development and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create platform-native social content across channels including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop strong digital-first ideas from concept through to execution, with the confidence to art direct your own work end-to-end.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, motion, and digital craft to produce visually refined work.
  • Lead the creative delivery of always-on social content across multiple client accounts while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Translate cultural trends, platform behaviors, and audience insights into engaging digital narratives.
  • Create impactful static and motion assets designed to capture attention and perform against campaign objectives.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, pitches, and creative presentations.
  • Plan and support content shoots, including mobile-first capture, and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creators when required.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identities across fast-paced social environments.
  • Stay up to date with emerging platforms, trends, and AI tools, applying innovation to creative exploration and delivery.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a design role with a strong portfolio demonstrating social and digital-first creative work across static and motion.
  • A confident conceptual thinker with experience art directing projects from idea through to execution.
  • Strong design fundamentals with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Motion and video experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce high-quality, platform-native animation and content.
  • Strong understanding of platform-native design and the ability to create relevant work for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience using AI tools within the creative process and an interest in emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly within a fast-paced environment.
