Purchase Ledger Specialist

Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Specialist – £32k–£35k- Brent Cross

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a stable, established and close-knit finance team. A rare opportunity to work 9-5pm.

This is more than just invoice processing. You’ll have the opportunity to work across:

• Purchase Ledger & high-volume invoice processing
• Supplier reconciliations & payment preparation
• Bank reconciliations & multi-currency transactions
• Debtors & Creditors
• Month-end, journals, accruals & prepayments
• Stock & inventory accounting
• Amazon Vendor & Seller Central accounting

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
• Excel skills – PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP & SUMIFS
• Experience with an ERP/accounting system
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Accounting education/qualification
• Manufacturing, stock/inventory or Amazon marketplace experience is a big plus
