Finance Manager

Top talent agency is looking for a sole charge Finance Manager with excellent attention to detail to oversee the in-house accounting function.

Initial Responsibilities

• Preparation of sales invoices
• Reconciliation of weekly costs including analysis of credit cards
• Preparing bank payments that will be externally authorised
• Preparing model and mother agency accounts on a weekly basis
• Chasing payment of invoices
• Liaising with models and mother agencies regarding queries on their accounts
• Knowledge of Sage

Required skills

• Able to manage your own time and work independently.
• Accurate data entry and attention-to-detail is crucial given the volume of transactions.
• Excellent use of spreadsheets and ability to use pivot tables.
• Good communicator both verbally and written.
• Pro-active problem solver.
• Discreet when handling sensitive financial information.
• Friendly and approachable.

This is a full time position based in the heart of London, 5 days a week in office 9.30am – 6pm
