This is a #2 finance role within a PE-backed Property Business with serious growth potential.
You’ll be surrounding by a team of ACA qualified Accountants who have all come from being trained in big-firms, and you will be mentored by a CFO who has followed this same path.
With Private Equity backing, the business has plans to grow substantially over the coming years and is expanding into new territories.
The role will include:
- Being part of the tech-first culture and finding ways to improve systems and processes as the business grows
- Managing a team of 3 direct reports, all at Qualified and Senior levels
- Sitting on the Senior Management Team and communicating, building relationships and influencing key decision makers across the business.
Salary & Benefits:
- £100k basic salary + 20% bonus (based on personal and company performance)
