Marc Kirsch
Although now considered an industry “veteran” like many in the recruitment industry, Marc only planned to give it 6 months. A degree in French and Spanish didn’t really set him up for anything except being a translator.
However having cut his teeth at one of the large corporate brands Marc is now into his 4th decade in Accountancy and Finance recruitment and has run Accountancy Action since 2001 .
In fact Marc has now been in recruitment for longer than many of his staff have been alive.
Whilst Marc still deals with a few key accounts , he tends to spend most of his time helping to develop the next generation of recruiters and ensuring that they adhere to the strict standards that he sets.
Mark Marshall
Mark leads our team of Recruitment Consultants across London & Hertfordshire.
Having been with the business for 8 years, Mark has developed desks with Transactional, Part-Qualified and Qualified specialisms. He demonstrates the value of cultivating long-lasting business relationships with our client base and prioritising a quality of service and partnership-led style over the deal-by-deal, cut and run service which could be perceived to be the industry norm.
Outside of the office, he is a struggling Golfer (aren’t they all?) and being Dorset born and bred has naturally gravitated towards supporting Liverpool FC.

Emmie Bolding
Emmie is the Manager of our London Office
Starting her career with us in 2016 as a Consultant, she has solely focused on building relationships within the London market and now has a great reputation amongst the part-qualified, and now Qualified market including a network of passive candidates.
She prides herself on building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike to really understand their business needs and what they are looking for outside of the CV and skillset.
Emmie is a true representation of Accountancy Action and our ethos having only ever worked within our business. She now heads up a fantastic team of dedicated recruiters… but she hasn’t hung up her recruiting boots yet, she is still very active on the floor and keen to continue assisting new clients with making the right hires for their team.
Easily bribed with a G&T and still trying to rope her clients into netball to create her own league! Full of life, passion and market knowledge.
