Accounts Payable Clerk

They are one of the most successful media companies in their particular field, and this opportunity will have you working in a large finance team processing a large volume of multicurrency payments as well as wider Bookkeeping duties.

What you will be doing:

– Preparing frequent, high volume, multicurrency payment runs

– Entering new bookings and processing invoices via the Accounting Software

– Client Account and Cash Book Reconciliations

– Providing Client Statements on a monthly basis

– Performing Credit Control via telephone and email

– Preparation of VAT Return

About you:

– 2+ years experience in a Bookkeeping role

– Clear understanding of double entry bookkeeping

– Ability to liaise and communicate with non-finance people
