Bookkeeper

They are one of the most successful media companies in their particular field, and this opportunity will have you owning a specific area within the business and working very closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Director.

What you will be doing:

– Managing the Sales Ledger and performing Credit Control via telephone and email

– Processing invoices and preparing payment runs

– Credit card and expense reconciliations for 50+ credit cards

– Cash flow forecasting

– Dealing with queries from Accounts Team, Account Managers and Clients

– Cash Book reconciliation

– Preparing VAT Returns

About you:

– 2+ years experience in a Bookkeeping role

– Clear understanding of double entry bookkeeping

– Ability to liaise and communicate with non-finance people
