Exclusive roles are at a flat fee of 18% with a free replacement for 3 months.

P.s. In exceptional circumstances, we will consider multi-agency roles. Our fees for this are 22%. In our opinion this is the recruitment equivalent of ordering Indian, Chinese and Pizza from Deliveroo and telling them you will only pay the first driver to arrive.
